Cads and Bounders is a web gallery of "Wacky" folk wearing a monocle or just being generally Rakish, all you have to do to take part is email your picture to us. If you have your own monocle*, great, just take a picture of yourself wearing it and send it here. If you havent you'll have to send us your address and we'll send you one (please be patient) as long as you send it back without any diseases. If you have a blog or site you would like a link to please add the url with your picture and your name under said picture will be hyperlinked to your site, everyone loves a free link.
